## FAQ

**What is a plank board?**
A plank board is a balance board you plank on. You rest your forearms on it and tilt it, which makes your core work harder than it does in a floor plank. Abs Hero adds games: your iPhone or iPad sits in the board, and every lean steers the game.

**Does a plank board work your abs?**
Yes. A plank works your abs, obliques, and deep core. Tilting the board left, right, forward, and back brings in the stabilizers a static plank misses, plus your shoulders, glutes, and legs — 20+ muscles in one move.

**How long should you hold a plank?**
Most people do well with holds of 20 to 60 seconds, repeated a few times with short rests. Good form matters more than time. On Abs Hero, games run in short rounds, so you build time under tension without staring at a clock.

**Is Abs Hero a good ab machine for home?**
It's built for small spaces: 7.7 lb, about 24 inches across, with a built-in carry handle. There's nothing to plug in or assemble. All you need is your iPhone or iPad and the Aviron app.

**How is Abs Hero different from a balance or wobble board?**
A wobble board tilts. Abs Hero tilts too, and turns every tilt into game input. It also has padded forearm rests, a secure device holder, finger-safe hand slots, and progress tracking in the app.

**Will it work with my phone or tablet?**
Abs Hero works with iPhone and iPad through the Aviron app. You'll need iOS 12 or later, at least 2 GB of RAM, and 2 GB of free storage. Android phones and tablets coming soon.
