## FAQs

**How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?**
There is a 30-day risk-free return period. If you decide to return your Aviron, package it back in the original box and Aviron will send a return label. There are no restocking or return shipping fees. See the [return policy](https://www.avironactive.com/support/general/return-policy/) for details.

**What warranty is included?**
Aviron's connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories — including the touchscreen, motors, deck, belt, control pad, and frame — when your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through Aviron's website. If your membership is no longer active or you did not purchase directly from the website, you receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the drive motor and structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. See the [Warranty page](https://www.avironactive.com/support/general/warranty/) for full details.

**Can the treadmill be folded and stored away?**
Yes. The Justice folds using SafeLift, a pneumatic-assisted mechanism that helps you lift the deck with minimal effort, then lowers it slowly and safely on its own. In use: 80" L x 34" W x 66" H. Folded: 53" L x 34" W x 68" H — giving back about a third of its floor space. Two transport wheels sit near the center of gravity for easy wall-tucking.

**What is the Aviron Treadmill WalkDesk?**
An optional accessory that snaps onto the Justice and turns it into a stable standing workstation. One machine covers three jobs: a walking desk, a walking pad alternative, and a full-speed connected treadmill. The desk stays level even when the treadmill is inclined, and includes an accessory tray, cup holder, and access to the magnetic wireless charging pad.

**Can I actually run on the Justice, or is it mainly for walking?**
You can run on it. The Justice is a full treadmill: 3.5 CHP brushless motor, speeds up to 12.5 mph, 15% incline, and a 20" x 59" running deck with room for a natural stride. It's compact by design, not by compromise. For dedicated runners logging high mileage or households with multiple runners, the Podium offers a wider deck, more power, and a higher top speed.

**I already have a walking pad. Is the Justice a real upgrade?**
Considerably. Walking pads top out at low speeds, have small decks, usually offer no incline, and provide nothing to do while on them. The Justice runs to 12.5 mph and climbs to 15%, handling walking, jogging, and running, and runs Aviron World with games, classes, and scenic routes. Add the WalkDesk and it still does everything a walking pad does — and it folds.
