## FAQ

**How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?**
There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it's for you. If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and Aviron will send a return label for shipping. There are no restocking or shipping return fees. See the [return policy](https://www.avironactive.com/support/general/return-policy/) for details.

**What warranty is included?**
Aviron's connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, including the touchscreen, resistance mechanism, drive belt, handlebar, foot carriage, seat, sensors, frame, and rail, provided your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through the website. If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from the website, you'll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. See the [Warranty page](https://www.avironactive.com/support/general/warranty/) for details.

**How quiet is the rower?**
Operating at only ~60 decibels (conversational volume), Aviron's smart design and nylon belt makes it quieter than many other rowers.

**Can the rower be stored away?**
Strong Series rowers have a unique compact design — the rail is long enough to accommodate people up to about 6'8" in height, the rower is only 84" (7') long front to back, and can be easily stored upright in most spaces. No wall mounts or installation required.

**Does it come with assembly?**
Aviron rowers are designed for 45-minute self-assembly and do not require professional assembly. All tools and manuals are provided inside the box and video guides are available. White glove service, including scheduled delivery and professional assembly, is also available.

**Is it Bluetooth compatible?**
Yes. Aviron's connected fitness equipment is equipped with Bluetooth, so you can pair any Bluetooth headphones and dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitors.
