AccessoriesYes, and the best place to try it is your own home. Your first Aviron machine from avironactive.com comes with a 30-day risk-free home trial in the contiguous US.
Use it for 30 days from delivery. Fit it into your routine, set up a profile for everyone in the house, and see how often you keep coming back to it. If it isn't for you, send it back with no restocking or return shipping fees. Here's how the trial works.
Yes. At checkout you can spread the cost into payments with Affirm or Klarna. Affirm includes 0% APR for qualifying customers, and you can prequalify on any product page without affecting your credit score. PayPal Pay in 4 is also available at checkout.
Yes, for most customers in the US. Through our partner Truemed, you can pay with pre-tax HSA or FSA dollars: choose Truemed at checkout and answer a short health questionnaire to confirm you're eligible. You can also pay by card and apply for reimbursement from your order confirmation page.
Yes, a one-time service discount. Email proof of service to hello@avironactive.com and we'll set you up. It can't be combined with other offers. See the details.
You can use one code per order. Current deals are always on the shop page.
Yes, until it ships. Email hello@avironactive.com with your name, email and order number. You can also add White Glove delivery any time before your order ships. Once it's shipped, the address can't be changed.
Our machines are also sold through various retailers including Amazon, Dick's Sporting Goods, Best Buy and Johnson Fitness & Wellness.
The 30-day risk-free home trial and the 20-year warranty come with orders placed on avironactive.com. Machines bought from a retail partner come with our standard warranty.
We ship directly within the US. Outside the US, you can buy from our retail partners.

Standard shipping is free to the contiguous US. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii, with the cost shown at checkout. We can't ship to Puerto Rico, PO boxes or APO addresses.
Each product page shows its current ship time next to Add to Cart. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way, and someone will need to be home to sign for it. Need it to arrive in a certain window? Email hello@avironactive.com and we'll do our best.
Email hello@avironactive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll sort it out. This is handled separately from returns and doesn't affect your 30-day trial.
About an hour or less for every Aviron machine. You'll find the time for yours on its product page. Every tool you need is in the box, along with a step-by-step instructions and video. Rather not? Add White Glove delivery and we'll do it for you.
We bring your Aviron into the room of your choice, assemble it, test it and connect it to power and Wi-Fi. It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. Our delivery partner contacts you by email and text to book a 4-hour window, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm local time, and gives you notice before arriving.
It's an optional extra at checkout in select zip codes in the contiguous US. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if you're eligible and what it costs. It covers your machine and any upgrades ordered with it, but not accessories ordered separately. You can add it any time before your order ships.
Keep the original box and packing inserts, because you'll need them to return your machine during the 30-day trial. The technicians can take the packaging away if you'd like.
Your first Aviron machine from avironactive.com comes with a 30-day risk-free home trial in the contiguous US.
There are no restocking or return shipping fees. We refund the machine, accessories, membership fees and ground shipping. The White Glove fee isn't refundable, and if your order came with a free gift, send that back too.
Returning a second machine? The standard return policy applies.
Machines bought on avironactive.com come with our 20-year warranty. It covers component failure, plus damage during moving, loss and theft, for as long as you keep a monthly or annual membership active.
If you have a Perpetual membership or no active membership, or you bought from a retail partner, our standard warranty applies: 10 years on the frame (and the drive motor on treadmills) and 1 year on all other parts. Accessories have a 12-month warranty.
Email support@avironactive.com or call 877-955-4222 with your name, your order details and what's going on. We'll fix it remotely where we can, or repair or replace the part. We cover shipping to and from our service location in the contiguous US and Canada.
No. Your Aviron is a complete working machine the moment it's assembled. Without a membership you still get unlimited profiles, the Metrics Monitor, your full workout history, achievements, friends, resistance or incline control, the MyAviron app and all the streaming apps. The membership adds the games, classes, races and programs on top.
Thousands of workouts across eight categories: games, competition, Les Mills, coached classes, guided workouts, scenic destinations, Pros vs. Joes and Power Play. It also includes leaderboards, monthly challenges, achievement badges and Aviron coins to spend on avatars and upgrades. On scenic routes and guided workouts, your incline or resistance adjusts automatically. New workouts land every two to four weeks, and everything is included at one price.
Pay monthly or yearly, or once with a Perpetual membership. You can cancel monthly and yearly plans anytime. Every plan covers unlimited profiles in your home, and you can add more Aviron machines to your account at a reduced rate. See current plans and prices on the membership page.
You're never charged until you activate. Billing starts when you log in with your account on the machine, and not a day before. To get the 20-year warranty, activate within 90 days of your order.
Unlimited. Each profile gets its own history and metrics, at no extra cost. Aviron is built for ages 10 and up with an adult nearby, so kids can have profiles too.
Yes, and both are done from a browser, with no phone call needed.
Yes. Our home machines, membership and warranty are made for households. For gyms, offices, hotels and apartment buildings, we set you up with a commercial membership built for shared use. Email info@avironactive.com to get started.
Not to work out. The Metrics Monitor runs with no internet connection at all. You'll want Wi-Fi or ethernet for the library, live competition, streaming and the software updates we push every few weeks, but a dropped router never costs you a session.
Yes, with or without a membership. Sign in with your own accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube, Paramount+, Spotify, Apple Music, Kindle and more, right on your screen while you work out.
Yes. The MyAviron app for iOS and Android puts your workout history, achievements and friends on your phone, with or without a membership. Download it.
Aviron equipment is suitable for ages 10 and up with adult supervision. Every membership covers unlimited profiles, so each person in the house gets their own stats, streaks and workout history.
Yes. Log in at accounts.avironactive.com, open your workout history and choose Download CSV.
They install automatically, bringing new features and workouts every few weeks. To check manually on your machine, go to Settings > Account Information > Check for Updates.
